Sett Software have been offering IT Administration and Management on an informal basis on request to existing customers since the company was formed. Following excellent feedback, we have decided to further develop this service and offer it to new and existing customers.

In our software development, we don't believe in the word "No". If the customer wants it, it is always possible, and we bring this ethos to our Systems Administration and Management services.

At Sett Software we believe that you should be able to treat IT as a service. Often the IT industry will expect you to be very specific about what you need. We don't - you should be able to tell us what you want to do, and we provide you with a solution that enables you to do this. We will meet with you to gain an understanding of your business - where you are now, where you are going and the challenges you face. From this understanding we regard your IT and office systems as a whole - every PC, server, printer, copier, fax machine or network component must be specified and maintained with YOUR individual needs in mind.

We will also undertake a comprehensive audit of your IT systems, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of your current systems. We will also make recommendations for improvement, and cost these accordingly. The initial comprehensive report will set the tone for our working relationship - we will keep you informed with regular reports with as much or as little detail as you choose.
